Rosehip is the rosehip berry, harvested in the fall. This fruit is known for helping the immune system and will be perfect for regaining tone and vitality.

Preparation :

Infusion: 90°C

Infusion time: 10 minutes

Quantity: 1 pinch for 1 cup

Tasting: 2 to 3 cups/day preferably in the morning

Stimulating treatment: 2 to 3 cups/day for 21 days, preferably drunk in the morning. Repeat the treatment if necessary after a 7-day break or vary with another invigorating infusion.
